When the bedding plants start to clear out of our greenhouses, we fill every available space with vegetable, fruits and herb plants.  We sell both at our Little Rapids location and at the City of Corner Brook Farmer’s Market.  Up to dozen varieties of old fashion heritage tomatoes and newer hybrids are grown.  We also have an abundant supply of peppers (green, red, purple and yellow), eggplant, lettuce, cucumbers and purple beans... plus some exciting new varieties!  For fresh cut herbs, we sell basil (purple and green), cilantro, parsley, dill, savoury, and arugula.  And lastly, we sell cantaloupe and grapes as a small offering under the fruit category.  Don’t forget grape leaves for that traditional Lebanese dinner cabbage roll.
