Thanks to Ivan (CSA customer) for the picture of his creation.
1lb tomatillo, cut into quarters
1 habanero pepper, seeds and all
1 green onion, rough chopped
3 garlic cloves
1 -2 chipotle chile (Gives the smokey flavour) or 1/4 tsp chilli powder and a few drops of liquid smoke
1 lime, juice of
1 cup fresh cilantro and/or 1 cup fresh parsley or 1 cup fresh basil
salt and pepper
Put all ingredients into a blender.Process till pureed.
