Garlic Scape Hummus

Super Yummy Garlic Scape Hummus


1 can chick peas

6 garlic scapes

1/4 cup tahini

1/2 cup lemon juice

ground cumin

1/2 cup of olive oil


1. Combine chick peas, garlic scapes, tahini, lemon juice, and cumin in food processor.

2. Add olive oil to desired consistency.

3. Add salt to taste.
