Garlic Scape Hummus

Super Yummy Garlic Scape Hummus

Ingredients:

1 can chick peas

6 garlic scapes

1/4 cup tahini

1/2 cup lemon juice

ground cumin

1/2 cup of olive oil

salt

1. Combine chick peas, garlic scapes, tahini, lemon juice, and cumin in food processor.

2. Add olive oil to desired consistency.

3. Add salt to taste.
