Fresh Marjoram Pesto


Ingredients

  • 1 cup marjoram leaves (Fresh)

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil

  • 11/4 cups asiago (Aged)

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsps lemon juice (Fresh Squeezed)

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

Pick the marjoram leaves off the stems, shred the asiago and measure all ingredients and puree in a food processor or blender
