1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced (optional: w/ chopped greens!)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Combine cauliflower, green onions, and radish in a large bowl. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in another bowl; fold mayonnaise mixture into vegetables. Refrigerate until chilled.
