Rosemary roasted potatoes

1.5 lbs small red or white skinned potatoes

1/8 cup olive oil

1 tsp salt (preferably kosher)

1 Tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp minced, fresh rosemary

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and placce in a bowl with oil, salt, garlic and rosemary. Toss potatoes till well coated. Spread out on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 45 minutes to one hour till brown. Flip occasionally during baking to get all sides crispy. Yum, yum.
