Mustard Greens for breakfast


- 1 Tbsp butter

- 1 bunch mustard greens (substitute mizuna or tatsoi)


- melt butter in a frying pan

- add mustard greens and stir-fry till wilted

- serve on toasted English muffin and top with a poached egg
