Steamed Edamame

Steamed edamame is a delicious appetizer or snack. Much better than chips or peanuts and much healthier for you.


2 cups fresh edamame pods

6 cups water

1 Tbsp sea salt or coarse salt


- Bring water to a boil. Add edamame and cook for 5-8 minutes minutes.

- Drain. Toss with salt and enjoy.

- You do not eat the pod, just the edamame inside. Put the whole pot to your lips and squeeze out the yummy beans inside.
