Banh Mi Dog

Ingredients
4 hot dogs or sausages
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 TBSP Sriracha or other hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
4 hot dog buns, split
1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, shredded
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Method
- Cook or bbq the hot dogs or sausage
- In a small bow, stir together the mayo, Sriracha, and sugar
- Place the dog on the bun and, dividing evenly, top with the mayo, cucumber, carrot and mint
