- 1/2 cup mayonaise

- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives

- 1 green onion, chopped

- 1 garlic clove, peeled

- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar (may be herb flavoured)

- 1 tsp fresh tarragon or other available fresh herb - should   be compatible with flavoured vinegar

- add to bread and roll dough before baking
